The TERRE ET OCEAN association acts as an interface between the scientific community (in particular the UMR EPOC) and the wider public through communication activities and the popularization of scientific results and methodologies of interest to a wider audience by means of interactive presentations on the themes of water and the environment.

These activities involve sightseeing tours enriched by scientific instruction, with detailed discovery of major natural sites in the region leading to the understanding of their evolution, both past, present and future. Activities for school children, leisure centres and universities involve interactive conferences and teaching workshops.
